Email & Junk Folders
We understand that some team members have found our emails in their junk folders. This happens most often with Microsoft platforms such as hotmail, live, outlook, etc.,
Here’s a concise set of instructions for ensuring that "theatremuskoka.ca" is marked as a trusted sender for the most popular email platforms, along with some additional tips to reduce the chances of your emails ending up in junk folders.
For Gmail:
Open a message from Theatre Muskoka.
Click the three dots in the top-right corner.
Select "Add Theatre Muskoka to Contacts list".
You can also click "Not Spam" if our email is found in the junk folder.
For Outlook/Hotmail:
Open a message from Theatre Muskoka.
Right-click the message and select "Mark as not junk".
Add "theatremuskoka.ca" to your Safe Senders List:
Go to Settings > View all Outlook settings > Mail > Junk email.
Under Safe senders and domains, click Add, then enter "theatremuskoka.ca".
For Apple Mail:
Open an email from Theatre Muskoka.
Click the sender’s email address at the top of the message.
Select "Add to Contacts" or "Add to VIPs".
For Yahoo:
Open an email from Theatre Muskoka.
Click the three dots in the upper-right corner of the email.
Select "Add Sender to Contacts".
If the email is in spam, mark it as "Not Spam".
